Howdy!!

Today I am going to share a fun activity to do to keep in shape and healthy! Now that's what I call killing 2 birds with one stone... (okok sorry. no animal casualties please....)

THAT activity is : DANCING!

Come, here are some fast facts on dancing

IT helps to:
* Tone your muscles ( I have muscles on my arms but I think this is contributed by lugging around my crazy big bag for work)
* Improve your flexibility (yes I think I React faster now )
* Make your heart stronger
* Make your lungs work better.
You can burn up to 200 calories in just 10 minutes for moderate rate of dancing!!

Some key things to keep in mind, do wear proper shoes and attire easy for stretching during dance.
Make sure you are properly warmed up before you start jiggling around so as not to tear any tendons/muscles! (Don't worry this is not prone to happen on an often basis. But it is a possibility and we want to make sure we enjoy our dance ya?)

It is supposed to be like Female/Male fusion. Where the gorgeous looking model will play 2 roles inspired by the 2046 movie by Zhang Ziyi, Gong Li and Leong Chiu Wai

It turned out awesome! Does it remind you of Doctor Jerkyll and Mr Hyde in a fashion sense of way? :)

My Painting My Love My Life

Inspired by a sketch I saw on my holiday in USA.
Acrylic paint on canvas.

I painted this for my beloved. So that he will always remember me while discovering his Life's journey.

I named this: Kazzie's Happy Place.

The bright colours made me feel happy and I thought: this is the closest thing I know to give happiness to him.

His dream is to have a restaurant of his own, because he is a chef by profession.
And there will be happy porters, waiters and waitresses just like in the painting.

In a book I'm reading right now.

Paulo wrote:
"You have to take risks. We will only understand the miracle of life when we allow the unexpected to happen.
Our magic moment helps us to change and send us off in search of our dreams.

Don't let your magic moments in life pass you by.
All the more, I am sure of the journey that I have started despite doubts and uncertainties.
Because I believe in miracles and no regrets.

And It is because of this understanding, I let him go.
To let him embark on his journey, and me, mine. He has to fulfill his share of his own magic moments in his life- His journey of self discovery. Where I am continually loving him still.

The miracle: That our paths intertwine once again and we will be reunited.

New Updates

Oh my God!

It has been Eons since I last blogged!

Life goes on. Fell out of love, fell in love, fell out again. Now L-O-V-E It needs to fail. When it comes back, it is destined and will be stronger than before!!!

Im banking on it coming back STRONGER! BIGGER! BETTA.

Well............... updates:

1) I finally got my long time dream come true! I flew to phuket for a pre-wedding shoot!
(Oei, you may only thing it's a small deal, considering it's only to phuket. But it is a big deal for me ok! ) - holidaying and work all in one! :)

I would cross my fingers and pray to go to further places. like PAris? London?? MILAN?????


2) recently got featured in a Chinese lifestyle magazine called 生活
Im supposed to show tips on the many ways to wear a shawl... Being a model is sooo hard!



















Here is one picture during the shoot... Not too bad looking for an amateur model I would say? :D






3) starting up a concept lifestyle wedding photography company with friends!

I hope its going to be epic BECAUSE it is totally different from all the albums you have seen so far! Stay tuned.......


4) Got voted as top 100 most inspiring women in Spore!! hoho!
by CozyCot and Singtel! It is one up for my career in this Beauty industry. I hope!!
